We operate this Site in compliance with Indian laws, including the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, among others. By using the Site, you also agree to comply with these and all other relevant laws and regulations.

2. Description of Services

Sambad.com and its subdomains provide lottery-related information and results for the convenience of users. In particular, lottery.sambad.com offers daily lottery results (such as the "Lottery Sambad" draws at various times) and related data, charts, and historical results. All content on the Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Informational Only – No Lottery Sales or Gambling: We do not run or operate any lottery, and we do not sell lottery tickets or facilitate gambling or betting of any kind. This Site is not a gambling platform. We simply publish or aggregate results and information that are publicly available or provided by official sources. We are not affiliated with any state lottery organization or government entity, unless explicitly stated. Any descriptions of lottery results or prizes are for information only, and we are not responsible for conducting the lotteries or delivering any prizes.

Because lottery laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to ensure that viewing or using the information on this Site is legal where you are. The Site’s content is intended to comply with the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998. We do not encourage participation in lotteries in any jurisdiction where they are prohibited. If you choose to participate in any lottery based on information from our Site, you do so at your own risk and responsibility. 3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise noted, the content on the Site is provided under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This means that you may reuse or share our informational content provided that you give appropriate credit to us. However, certain materials (such as our custom-designed lottery result graphics and data compilations) are subject to additional restrictions as described below and in our License Terms:

SVG Files and Graphics: Any reuse, modification, or redistribution of our original SVG files or other graphical representations of lottery results is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. If you wish to use our lottery result charts or other images on your own site or publication, you must obtain permission from us first.
Derived Formats of Graphics: You may convert or use our graphics in other formats (e.g., converting an SVG image to PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP, or other image formats) only under the following conditions: (a) Attribution – You must provide clear credit to Sambad.com. For websites or digital media, this includes a visible, functional hyperlink (dofollow) to our Site (for example, a link to lottery.sambad.com) on every page where our content appears; (b) No Removal or Hiding of Credit – You must not remove, obscure, or tamper with the attribution. This means you cannot add "nofollow" attributes, hide the link from search engines, use meta tags or robots.txt rules to block indexing of the link, or otherwise conceal the source of the content. Any attempt to hide or omit the required attribution is a violation of these Terms and our content license.
Database and Data Use: The compilation of data on our Site (for example, archives of past lottery results, statistical data, or any databases of lottery information) is proprietary and protected. You may not copy, scrape, extract, or redistribute our data or databases in any form, whether manually or via automated means such as web crawlers, bots, or scripts, without our express prior written permission. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against any unauthorized use of our content, including legal action or requesting removal of infringing material (for example, filing DMCA takedown notices). 4. User Conduct and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any other party. Prohibited Activities: You agree that you will not engage in any of the following behaviors or activities:

Unlawful Use: Do not use the Site for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by law. This includes (but is not limited to) violating any Indian laws or regulations, such as the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable cyber laws. You must not use the Site to commit fraud, engage in unauthorized lotteries or gambling (note: the Site itself does not offer gambling), or participate in any other unlawful conduct.
Malicious Activities: Do not introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the Site. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems or networks. You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or breach any security or authentication measures.
Interference: Do not interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site. This includes refraining from any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, such as using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers that send excessive requests to the Site (except as allowed under an authorized API or with our prior permission).

No Unauthorized Framing or Linking: You may not frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate the Site or any portion of the Site into any other website or service without our prior written permission. You also may not use any meta tags or other "hidden text" using "Sambad" or any of our trademarks without our express consent.

If you violate any of the above rules or any other provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This may include suspending or terminating your access to the Site (see section 11 on Termination) and/or taking legal action if necessary. You are responsible for any consequences arising from your violation of these Terms.

Indemnification: You agree that if your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms causes any damage, loss, or legal liability to us, you will defend and indemnify (compensate) Sambad.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates for any resulting claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees). This means you will be responsible for any harm you cause by not following these Terms.

5. Age Restrictions

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Lottery information and related content on our Site are not intended for children. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must not use this Site without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, and only if such access is allowed by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. Parents or guardians should supervise the online activities of minors and consider using parental control tools available from online services to help provide a child-friendly online environment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sambad.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information or content provided on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties that may arise from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Specific to our content, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of lottery results, winning numbers, jackpot amounts, or other information on our Site. While we strive to post correct and updated information, mistakes or delays can occur. Use of the information on the Site is at your own risk. You should independently verify any critical information (for example, confirming winning numbers with official lottery authorities) before relying on it. 7. Limitation of Liability

Sambad.com’s total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from your use of the Site (or from these Terms themselves) shall not exceed the amount (if any) that you have paid to us for using the Site. In most cases, this will be zero, as the Site is generally provided free of charge. If you have paid for any premium service or feature, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law. In particular, if applicable law in your jurisdiction (for example, laws protecting consumers) does not allow the exclusion of certain damages or the limitation of liability as stated above, then those provisions will not apply to you to the extent disallowed. However, in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you wish to terminate any account or subscription you have with us (if such exist), you may do so by ceasing to access the Site or by contacting us to request account deletion (if applicable). Termination of use or access does not relieve you of any obligations or liability accrued prior to termination.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site. You waive any objection to the venue of such proceedings in India on the grounds of inconvenience or lack of jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Site from a location outside India, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws, but in all cases you agree that the laws of India will govern these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and efficient manner. If you have any concern or dispute with us relating to the Site or these Terms, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Please provide a brief written description of your dispute and your contact information, and we will attempt to resolve your dispute through dialogue.

If we are unable to reach an informal resolution, then the dispute will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction clause above. This means that, unless otherwise agreed in writing, any unresolved dispute may be brought exclusively in the courts of India. All proceedings shall be conducted in English, and each party will bear its own costs and expenses, unless a court decides otherwise.

Notwithstanding the above, both you and Sambad.com retain the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction (for example, to prevent an ongoing or threatened violation of intellectual property rights or data misuse) even while a formal dispute resolution process is ongoing.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall be modified (or severed) to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted to fulfill its intended purpose to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue unaffected.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any policies or guidelines referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Sambad.com regarding your use of the Site. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us regarding the Site.

You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representation, warranty, or promise not expressly set out in these Terms in deciding to use this Site. Any waiver, modification, or amendment of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sambad.com.

16. No Waiver

No failure or delay by Sambad.com in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right, power, or remedy. Similarly, no single or partial exercise of any right, power, or remedy shall preclude any other or further exercise of that right or any other right, power, or remedy.

Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sambad.com. If we do waive a default or breach of these Terms on one occasion, it does not mean that we will automatically waive any subsequent or other default or breach.

17. Headings

The section headings and titles in these Terms are for convenience and reference only and have no legal effect. They do not define, limit, or describe the scope or extent of any section. In interpreting these Terms, no significance shall be given to the headings, and the agreement shall be interpreted as if the headings were not present.
